Discount Tire

I’ve been coming to the Discount Tire in Brooklyn Park for years and always have a great experience. They were able to get me in quickly and repair my flat tire from a nail in no time. I also buy all my tires here and have my tire rotations done with them. The staff is friendly, professional, and the service is always fast and reliable. Great products, excellent customer service, and fair prices. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality tire service!

I’ve been a Discount Tire customer for years, and I’ve worked in customer service myself, so I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. Brian Davis made this one of the best experiences I’ve had buying tires. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained my options without any pressure, and helped me find the right set of tires at a price I was comfortable with. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale—he genuinely wanted to make sure I left with the right product. I’ve now had some time with the tires he recommended, and I’m extremely happy with what he set me up with. They ride great, meet exactly what I was looking for, and I feel like I got excellent value for my money. I’ve been to several Discount Tire locations over the years, but I’ll be making the drive to the Brooklyn Park store from now on because of the service I received. Brian and the team made the experience easy, professional, and worth coming back for.

The whole team at the Brooklyn Park, MN store are class guys. I came in late in the day with a blown out rear tire and Brian helped me with a full set of tires and even provided a prorated purchase of my old tires. What a great experience so late in the day. But to top that, another customer and I were the last of the day and this person was challenged to pay for 4 new tires. Could only afford 3 at the time and it appeared that would be a challenge. The tech reluctantly agreed to leave the spare on and put 3 new tires on until the customer could afford to purchase the 4th tire. The customer sat down and I approached the tech and offered to pay for the 4th tire. He went back to the guys in the bay and told them I would offer to pay for the 4th tire. They wouldn’t let me. They covered the cost and took care of this customer. What a class act these guys are!!! Such a great way to pay it forward. I will ALWAYS shop at Discount Tire, especially the Brooklyn Park location. Great job guys!!! They simply take care of their customers.

I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire! I came in after getting a nail stuck in my tire, expecting a hassle, but the team made everything incredibly easy. They inspected my tire quickly and ended up getting me set up with a brand new one without any stress. The staff was professional, honest, and moved fast, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. It’s not every day you find service this smooth and customer-focused. Highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone who wants reliable service and people who truly care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Edit, replying to the SCAMMERS: yes it is concerning, let me guess, your sleazy sales team gets perks or bonuses for selling customers overpriced tires or windshield wipers they don’t need. This place is a SCAM, don’t come here. Discount Tire used to be a great place, like most places has gone bad. I’ve bought 10 sets of tires here over the years. Never again. Now it’s impossible to come here without being sold something you don’t need. The tires they’ll sell you are good for 40,000 miles but after 15,000 they refuse to do anything because ITS UNSAFE! SCAM! First issue I had as you can see in the picture. I bought new tires and they lost a lug nut. I noticed about a month later when I was doing my breaks. They said come on in “we have a box of extras” (where does this box come from? Everytime one of your incompetent employees forgets to put one in a customers car?). I came in, they didn’t have one for my car, but THEY WOULD SELL ME A 5 pack for $25…..you lost one, now I need to buy 5 because you lost one? After wasting an hour driving there and the guy looking for one, then trying to sell me a 5 pack I was stuck going to AutoZone and buying my own single one for $3 tha
